– STRATEGY
The program is divided into three functional units that group the different uses and are arranged around the patio
of the olive tree.
The volume of Services functions as a backbone and the uses of Living and Health are hooked, seeking the best orientations and recognizing the alignments of the solar.
This implantation generates a place at the access point of the equipment and various controlled outdoor spaces.

– ACP SYSTEM
A design based on a Person-Centered Assistance (ACP) system is proposed, which aims at greater dignity for the elderly, ensuring that they continue to have a life project and therefore, the architectural model “la seva casa “. The principles of the system are:
· Autonomy: maintain control over your life and make decisions.
· Participation: continue participating in the life of your community. Have sufficient interactions and the full development of a freely chosen personal life.
· Integrity: the person is a multidimensional being in which biological, psychological and social aspects interact.
· Individuality and intimacy: all people are different and have the right to privacy and intimacy.
· Social integration: maintain their previous social relationships, enjoy all social and cultural assets that exist inequality.
· Independence and well-being: access to programs aimed at preventing the worsening of dependency.
· Continuity of care: receiving the care and attention they need on an ongoing basis.
