Competition for the construction of two residential blocks of 86 social housing units

– ORGANIZATION AND SPATIAL QUALITY
DAY / NIGHT strip aggregation system that allows the combination of 60 and 70m2 homes without corridors or interior patios with all exterior rooms.
This arrangement allows you to maximize the hours of sunshine that dining rooms receive during the cold months.

The resulting homes are characterized by the optimization of the interior usable area, without corridors, where all the usable area is usable.

– ENERGY STRATEGY
Cross ventilation and adequate solar radiation are guaranteed in all main rooms during the cold months. Mobile sunscreens during the warmer months.
Air conditioning system with aerothermal heat recovery with photovoltaic energy.
It will be built with CLT wood panels and exterior thermal insulation to maximize thermal inertia.

– ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY
CLT prefabricated wood panels reducing the cost of installation. The type of walkway building allows to optimize the surface of common areas and indoor mobility.

– ADJUSTMENT TO THE ENVIRONMENT
“Canon” of buildings that dialogue with an environment that is characterized by green and natural spaces. Access is from the east façade, via a pedestrian walkway that runs through the park.
