Competition for the construction of a residential block of 41 social housing units

– GENERAL ORGANIZATION
The strategic combination of the three types of housing solves the number 41 housing, leaving at the same time a non-uniform façade to the south.

– ADAPTATION TO THE ENVIRONMENT
To the north, in relation to the park, a green façade, visually lighter, with a steel structure, houses the exterior stairwell and the accesses to the houses.
Both the shop and the lobbies of the building cross the building on the ground floor, so that it can be accessed from both the Rambla de Sant Joan and the park.

– SPATIAL QUALITY
Distribution without corridors where the entire surface is usable.

– ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY
In addition to optimizing private spaces, community spaces are also optimized through a catwalk organization. The prefabricated wood construction system reduces the cost of installation.
